# Staff
### Staff
The Staff section allows you to introduce your team members and highlight the people behind your brand. Each staff member is added as a block, where you can include names, roles, bios, photos, and links to their social media profiles.

To add and customize your staff section:
1. Go to the theme editor (**Customize**), click **Add section > Staff.**
2. Select a **Layout** (List or Slider).
3. Adjust **Maximum columns** for desktop and mobile.
4. Choose **Image aspect ratios** and positions for desktop and mobile.
5. Set **Alignment** for text and positioning.
6. Add a **Caption** and **Heading** for context.
7. Add individual **Staff member blocks**, each with text, author, and an optional image.
### Staff Settings Reference

| Main title for the staff section (e.g., “Meet Our Team”). Can be styled in different sizes (Small, Medium, Large). |

| Width (Narrow / Wide) | Controls how wide the description text appears within the section. |
### Staff Member Block

| Upload a photo of the team member. |
| Content | Text alignment (desktop / mobile) | Adjusts the alignment of text within the block for both desktop and mobile. |
| Caption | Caption | A short label shown above the heading (e.g., “Customer Review” or “What they said”). |
| Heading | Heading | The title of the testimonial (e.g., customer’s name or review title). Can be styled in Small, Medium, or Large size. |
| Description | Description | The main testimonial text where you include the review or feedback. |
| | Width (Narrow / Wide) | Defines the width of the testimonial block. Use Narrow for compact testimonials or Wide for emphasis. |
| Social media | Social media links | Add direct links to the staff member’s social profiles. Available fields: Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter). Each field has a label (text shown in the UI) and a URL (destination link). |
